The Center for Active Retirement Education (CAREing) was founded in 1999 at Kennesaew State University to serve as the focal point on aging issues. Aging issues are examined through active collaboration with academic departments that have expertise in aging and through outreach activites in our community.

Through academic and community partnerships, the CAREing Center provides education, service programs related to aging and lifelong development.Our Vision
The CAREing Center will be reconized nationally as a model, university-based program for older adults and those who work with older adults.
