Introduction

Thank you for your interest in reviewing my portfolio of the projects that I completed as a student in the Kennesaw State Internet Professional (KIP) certification program. This portfolio and the projects showcased, were created using the following software tools.

• Dreamweaver (code view)
• Adobe Illustrator

• Audacity Sound Editor

The Door

You may be wondering the significance of the door. One of the first assignments in KIP was to create a "jumppage" for our instructor to use in quickly locating our projects.

The general rationale for choosing a door was to resemble an entrance or pathway to other pages. The only other significance is the number "208" which is the room number that I spent 36 consequetive Saturdays over a nine-month period while attend the KIP program. No, this is not the actual door. However, using the Photoshop skills learned in KIP, I easily added the number and as well, extended the wall beyond the original portrait sized photograph, to create a landscaped presentation suitable for a webpage.
